Position Title: Senior Executive – Accounts

Location: Karwan Bazar, Dhaka

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: BDT 35,000 – 40,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries and ensure accurate record keeping in the accounting system.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable including vendor payment processing and client invoicing.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliation statements on a regular basis.
• Assist with VAT & TAX documentation, calculations, return preparation and related statutory compliance.
• Monitor petty cash, requisitions, reimbursements and office expense settlements.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, summaries, balance sheet schedules and assist in monthly closing activities.
• Support external & internal audit related documentation and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with operations & logistics teams for shipment related costing data and billing adjustments.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance. (Professional Certification like CA-CC/CMA-partly qualified will be an added advantage)
• Minimum 05 years practical experience in Accounts or Finance related roles.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge in MS Excel (Advanced level)
• Good understanding of VAT & TAX rules and compliance
• Familiarity with accounting/ERP software
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
